Screened Topsoil

Screened topsoil is high-quality soil free of large debris, such as roots, rocks and sticks, and can be used in many finished grading applications and landscaping projects. It provides trees, flowers and other plants with the key nutrients they need to thrive. Our screened topsoil is tested and approved for use in public and private projects. Unscreened Topsoil

Our unscreened topsoil is a quality material with some large debris and root mat. It’s not as clean and ready for planting as screened topsoil, but it’s perfect for large fills where screened topsoil is not required. It can be used to build up planting beds as a base layer for screened topsoil.

Fill Dirt

Unlike topsoil, fill dirt doesn’t contain organic materials needed for successful planting. Fill dirt is bare of nutrients and is mostly used to fill construction sites and other uneven areas in residential and commercial construction and landscaping. Our fill dirt is clean and is not contaminated with metal, glass or other non-organic materials.
