Portable Crushing Services

We can perform portable crushing if you have 10,000 tons or more of rubble with concrete,  stone, or asphalt. We will set up a portable crushing plant on your construction site which includes crushing and heavy support equipment such as loaders, hammers and pickers. If required we can have portable screeners to size material.  We will work with you closely to produce premium recycled aggregate based on your exact specifications and project requirements, helping you save money and reduce construction waste.

Standard Recycled Material Sizes

We produce recycled aggregates in the following standard sizes. If you have custom sizing requirements, let us know and we’ll check if we can accommodate your request.

  • RC-6 (1 ½” minus)
  • RC-2 (1 ½” – 2 ½”)
  • RC-Surge (3″ – 8″)
  • RC-57 (3/4” -1 ½”)
  • RAP (3/8 minus)

These aggregates can be used in a variety of applications from roadway sub-base to soil stabilization and drainage and erosion control.
